Get your Library Card

Who Can Get a Card

Those residing within the corporate limits of Du Quoin are eligible, without charge, for a Du Quoin Public Library card.  Children, under the age of 16,  must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the application process.  All cards expire annually and can be quickly reactivated by an address and phone number check at the library circulation desk.

Non-Residence Fees

Community members that  do not reside within the corporate limits of Du Quoin, but are within the boundaries of Du Quoin District 300 Schools, may purchase a card by paying an annual non-resident fee.  This fee will provide everyone within the household library service for one year.

Current Non-Resident Fee Rate:  $35.00

How to Get Your Card

To apply for your card, please present a picture identification card bearing your legal name at the circulation desk.  A piece of mail bearing your current address may also be requested if your identification card does not list your current residence.
